Angela Celeste Eckert

Angela Celeste Eckert, 47, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023, at her residence. A graveside funeral will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Randy Comer officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 6:00-8:00PM at Way-Watson Funeral Home in Buena Vista, GA.

Mrs. Eckert was born in Americus, GA, on July 8, 1975, to L. C. and Carol Wall McDaniel. She was the Transportation Director at Oakcrest Lumber in Buena Vista. Mrs. Eckert loved her children and her dogs. When she could, she spent her Saturdays watching Georgia Bulldogs Football. She was preceded in death by her mother.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck Eckert, Jr. of Buena Vista, GA; by her father, L. C. and Sandra McDaniel of Ellaville, GA; by her children, Dustin Eckert and Anna Eckert, both of Buena Vista, GA; by a brother and sister-in-law, Clint and Rhonda McDaniel; and by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Melanie and Russell Weaver and Amie and Michael Golden, all of Americus, GA.
