Bobbie Ann Smith

ELLAVILLE, GA--Mrs. Bobbie Ann Smith, 47, of Ellaville, GA died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 in Orange Park, FL.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014 in the Ellaville Cemetery at 11:00 AM.  Bro. Troy Fripp and Rev. Andy Taunton will officiate.  The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. 

     Mrs. Smith was born October 26, 1966 to the late Bobby Lee Peavy and Mary Ann Stewart Peavy in Fort Valley, GA.  She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  Bobbie Ann loved life and enjoyed spending time with all of her family and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Peavy. 

     Survivors include her husband, Patrick Smith of Ellaville; her god-mother, Shirley Miller of Ellaville; three sons, Steven Smith of Americus, Casey Smith and fiancé Charley Varnum of Ellaville and Ty Smith of Ellaville; three daughters, Ashley Culp of Ellaville, Brittany Wilson and husband, Shane of Americus and Shiann Smith of Ellaville; six brothers, Tony Peavy and wife Nancy of Ellaville, Bradley Lee “Cozmo” Peavy and wife Regina of Fort Valley, Bill Martin and wife, Laura of Butler, Chuck Martin of Fort Valley, Ronnie Peavy of Newnan and Clint Couey of Ellaville; a sister, Tina Bennett and husband, Dean of Ellaville; four grandchildren, Chassidy Culp, Eli Culp, Dalyila Culp and Ansley Smith; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved Chihuahua, Prissy.

     Watson-Giddens Funeral Home of Ellaville is in charge of the arrangements.
