Calvin Burkett

Calvin “Bunny” Harmon Burkett, Jr., 69 of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on January 6, 2014.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Bethel United Methodist Church. 

Mr. Burkett was born May 13, 1944 to the late Calvin Harmon Burkett, Sr. and Hazel Stubbs Grammer.  He was the owner of Diamond Brokers in Columbus for many years.  Mr. Burkett loved spending time with friends and family and will be missed dearly. 

Survivors include his wife, Susan Burkett; a son, Steven Quetglas; a daughter, Alicia Jett; a sister, Shirley Ann Pittman; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and other family members. 

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, is in charge of these arrangements.
