Calvin Reece Smith

Mr. Calvin Reece Smith, 42, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at his residence.  Services will be private.

Mr. Smith was born June 26, 1978 in Orlando, FL to Pleasant Earl Smith and Linda Grissom Smith Massey. He enjoyed woodworking, reading and collecting Native American artifacts. Mr. Smith also enjoyed spending time with his siblings.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shannon Cozort and a brother, James W. Smith.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Linda and Andy D. Massey; by two daughters, Mia Kay Smith and Sara Sue Elizabeth Smith, both of Mauk; two brothers, William Earl Smith of Box Springs, GA, and James Carlton Smith, of St. Petersburg, FL; by two sisters, Cathi Pulver of NC, Yvette Smith of Suwanee, FL; a step-sister, Angel Bottoms Jenkins; four nieces, Emily Smith, Tuesdai Cozort, Jasmine York, and Lindee Cozort; and special friends, Kyo, Teresa, Walter and Diane.

Way-Watson Funeral Home, 1052 Dr. Deryl Hart Road, Buena Vista, Georgia has been entrusted with these arrangements.
