**The Celebration of Life that was scheduled for Mr. Royle has been postponed**

ELLAVILLE, GA – Mr. David Barry Royle, 73, of Ellaville, GA, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020, at his residence. 

Dave was born February 25, 1947, to William H. and Olga Krywy Royle.  He was an avid music lover and had played guitar in numerous bands including The John Penny Band and Bad Habit. He spoke often of his tenure with The John Penny Band. Dave was employed on the line at Champion before working at Kirby’s Package Store. He was well known in the community and always had a smile to share. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathie Royle, his son, Steve Royle, and his brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Sherry Royle.

 He is survived by his nephew, Shawn and Angel Royle; by two great nieces and a great nephew, Bell Royle, Kaylen Mathis and Naythan Mathis all of Ellaville, GA.
