Gene Carl Okrusch

Mr. Gene Carl Okrusch, 75, of Buena Vista, passed away peacefully at his residence on September 23, 2024. Services will be private.

Mr. Okrusch was born January 28, 1949 to Melvin C. and Donna Okrusch in Green Bay, WI. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Mr. Okrusch enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and cutting grass. He loved spending time with his grandkids and will be missed dearly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Anthony Robert Bair. 

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Malinda and Frank Bair of Buena Vista, GA; his granddaughter, Hannah Rose Bair; and several nieces and nephews.
