Harold Carpenter

Mr. Harold Carpenter, 68, of Butler, GA passed away on September 10, 2020 at Taylor County Health and Rehab.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Butler at 10:00 AM.  The family will be greeting friends at 394 Edgewood Dr., Ellaville, GA.

            Mr. Carpenter was born April 8, 1952 in Butler, GA to Wanza and Lois Barrow Carpenter.  He was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church in Butler.  Mr. Carpenter had been a farmer for most of his life and loved his family and spending time with them, especially his grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wallace Carpenter and J.W. Carpenter.

            Survivors include his son, Clifford Carpenter and his wife, Kim of Reynolds, GA; his daughter, Windy Graham and her husband, Joey of Ellaville, GA; a brother, Tommy Carpenter and his wife, Kathy of Rupert, GA; three sisters, Linda James and her husband, William of Ellaville, GA, Hazel Binkley and her husband, Jimmy of Butler, GA and Dianne Renfroe and her husband, Chuck of Rupert, GA; four grandchildren, Austin Graham, Jayden Graham, Cody Carpenter (Tori) and Cora McDaniel (Will); and several nieces and nephews.
