Mrs. Jeannette B. Welch, 70, of Ellaville, GA passed away on January 8, 2025, at Phoebe-Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 2:00PM in Draneville Union Church Cemetery with Rev. Joy Wilson officiating. 

Mrs. Welch was born on December 28, 1954, in Oglethorpe, GA. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed fishing in her earlier years. Mrs. Welch loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her biological father, Byron Louis Bunn, her mother and father, Ruth Raburn Webb and David Webb; and a sister-in-law, Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Bunn. 

Survivors include her devoted husband of 39 years, Ronnie Welch of Ellaville; two sons, Shawn Foltz and his wife, Lindsay of Ellaville and Spencer Welch and his wife, Callie of Mauk; five grandchildren, Cameron Belcher, Garret Foltz, Brantley Welch, Westin Welch, and Briar Welch; a brother, Warren Bunn of Byron, GA; three sisters, Martha Felker of Vienna, GA, Mary Gibson (Wayne) of Leesburg, GA and Kathy Johnson (Cricket) of Americus, GA; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. 

 In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to The Ronald McDonald House at www.rmhc.org 

Way-Watson Funeral Home of Ellaville, GA, has been entrusted with these arrangements.
