Mrs. Jeanne Wittkamp MacMinn was born August 31, 1931, in Hollywood, FL to Arthur Morrison and Helena Wall Wittkamp. Jeanne Wittkamp MacMinn, resident of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Ellaville, Georgia, has departed from her physical form to join her spiritual family. She was born August 31, 1931, and passed August 16, 2024, and lived life to the fullest of all her 92 years. 

She was blessed to have many friends through the years in the Albany, Georgia area where she lived most of her adult life moving there in 1965. She was born in Hollywood, Florida and resided there until moving to Georgia. She had been active in the Palmyra Road UMC for many years and enjoyed serving on many committees. She worked for Dekalb-Pfizer for many years before her retirement in 1996. She was an avid bowler and tenacious card player, especially Skip-Bo. She loved to travel and was able to visit many sites across the US and the Caribbean Islands. She loved the ocean, but her favorite destination was always the mountains of North Carolina. 

She is survived by her son, Dan MacMinn, (Becky) Ellaville, Ga and daughter, Deb Arana, New Smyrna Beach, Fl, whom all three loved and adored her and cared for her tirelessly in her later years. Grandchildren include Pat Alderman (Jaime), Winter Springs, Fl, Danielle Snider (Ryan), Atlanta, Ga, Richard MacMinn (Courtney), Columbus, Ga and Ben MacMinn, Columbus, Ga, She had 9 great grands that loved her - Angel, Nathan, Jacob, Abigail, Eden, River, Lilly, Paxton and Brannon. Others she cherished were Patty Hay, Jimmy Kinnison, and Howard Alderman, Jr. She loved her family very much and was always saying how proud she was of them. 

She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years Richard (Dick) MacMinn, her sister Evie Kinnison, her parents, Arthur and Helena Wittkamp, a twin sister Mary Jane Wittkamp, and special friend Vern Kistler. 

A Celebration of Life service will be planned for a future date.
