Jerry Dean Green, Sr.

Jerry Dean Green, Sr., 61, of Buena Vista, Georgia, died Saturday, September 8, 2012 at his residence.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2012, at the residence of his daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and David Mincey, 3686 Georgia Highway 26 West, Buena Vista.

Mr. Green was born in Lagrange, GA to Henry and Hazel Fallen Green. He served in Air Force and had been employed by ACCI as a Truck Driver. Coming from Phenix City, AL, he had been living in Buena Vista since 2009. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Garner.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Vera Green of Buena Vista, GA; by a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Dean Green, Jr. and Michelle of Columbus, GA; by a daughter and son-in-law, Shannon Mincey and David of Buena Vista, GA; by two brothers, Randy Green of Valley, AL, and Robert Green of Salem, AL; Two Grandchildren, Kody Mincey and Zackary Mincey also survive.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home of Buena Vista, Georgia, was in charge of these arrangements.
