Lewis Chad Landress

     ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mr. Lewis Chad Landress, age 26, of Ellaville, GA died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.   A graveside service will be held Friday, July 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Ellaville Cemetery. Rev. Jim Smith and Rev. Jennie Peterson will officiate.  The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. 

     Mr. Landress was born January 25, 1988 in Columbus, GA.  He worked as an auto body technician at H & M Auto Care in Columbus.  Mr. Landress loved the outdoors, fishing and Georgia football.  He attended First United Methodist Church in Americus, GA.

     Survivors include his father, Bill Landress and wife Tracey of Midland, GA; mother, Vicky Lawhorn of Ellaville; girlfriend, Pamela Bledsoe and her daughter MacKenzie “Scooter Bug” Pugh of Ellaville; two brothers, Brannon Landress of Ellaville, Kyle Singletary of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Kellie Murden and husband Ensign Andrew of Corpus Christi, TX, Kyndall Landress of Midland, GA; grandmother, Mary Kirkland of Ellaville; niece, Ayla Singletary of Midland, GA; two aunts, Leisa Blanton of Buford SC and Gail Stell of Benicia, CA.  Mr. Landress was preceded in death by grandparents, Douglas Kirkland, William Blanchard Landress, Pat Landress; two brothers, Cody Jones, Conner Jones; and two aunts, Linda Steverson and Jan Parish.    

     Honorary pallbearers will be Mickey Rose, Michael Steverson, Josh Ball, Dillon Ball, Kevin Todd Bailey, Nick Culp, Josh Felker, Steven Edwards, Josh Minick, and Jake Felker.
