Lola Louise Bengtson

Lola Louise Bengtson, age 92, of Mauk, GA, passed away at her home Tuesday, January 13, 2015.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Bengtson, lovingly known as Aunt Lucy, was born October 11, 1922, in Brashear, Texas.  Baptist by faith, she was a member of Ft. Perry Baptist Church where she was part of the Senior Group. She was a Pastor’s wife and a homemaker. Mrs. Bengtson was a faithful wife, mother and grandmother and loved reading and walking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Arthur Bengtson.

She is survived by her son, Reverend Gene & Kathy Rosinbaum of Mauk, GA; 2 step-sons, 2 step-daughters, a grandson, Jason and Samantha Rosinbaum of Mauk, GA, and 2 great-grandchildren, as well as many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Texas.

Watson-Tante Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
