Martha Dale Mathews

Mrs. Martha Dale Mathews, 63, of Buena Vista, GA, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at her residence.

Mrs. Mathews was born in Juniper, GA, on March 28, 1958, to William Thomas Sinns and Viola Sinns Boston. A member of Cusseta First Baptist Church, she had been employed as a school bus driver with Ft. Benning. Mrs. Mathews was very artistic and enjoyed quilting, sewing, and artwork. She was an animal whisperer and loved her dogs very much. Mrs. Mathews enjoyed going to the beach and collecting seashells. She was an avid gardener. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Craig Mathews, and her siblings, W. L. Sinns, Ida Mae Nolin, Rosie Lee Bracken, Jimmy Lewis Sinns, Shirley Tello, and Myrtle Gregory.

She is survived by her sons, Jason Mathews (Kimberly Lapek) of Bradenton, FL, and Chris Mathews (Kristy); by her daughter, Rhonda Klein (Chris) of Davenport, FL; by her siblings, Mary L. Dell, Effie L. Barnett, Joanne Harper, Tommy Lee Sinns, Shelby Jean Gonsalves, and Linda Susan Irwin; and by her grandchildren, Christopher Klein, Allison Klein, Riley Mathews, Craig Mathews, and Tristan Mathews. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
