Mary Ann Brannon

Ms. Mary Ann Brannon, 64, of Ellaville, GA, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021, at her residence. Due to travel restrictions, a graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on May 15, 2021, at Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany, GA.

Ms. Brannon was born in Boston, MA, on June 11, 1956, to Emory Lawson and Margaret Powers Stone. She was a member of Life Point Church in Americus, GA, and she was retired after working for a number of years in accounting and bookkeeping.  Ms. Brannon enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and she liked to cook.  She loved animals, being outdoors and kayaking.  Ms. Brannon liked to watch sports, especially football when her grandson was playing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ellis Lawson.

She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Jennifer and Rantz Murphy and Brandy Green, all of Ellaville, GA; her sister, Elaine Kelly of Dunwoody, GA; and two grandchildren, Jacob Green and Emory Taylor.
