Mr. Coy Tyson

ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mr. Coy Lavern Tyson age 73 died Wednesday September 21, 2011 at Montezuma Health Care Center. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday September 24, 2011 at Little Bethel Baptist Church Ideal, GA with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at church.
Mr. Tyson was born February 7, 1938 to the late Edna Irene Joiner Tyson and Coy Lee Tyson in Tallahassee, Fl. Mr. Tyson was a member of Mascotte Missionary Baptist church and was a retired heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Tyson, four daughters and three son in law, Denise York and Alvin of Leesburg, FL, Tina Allen and Rusty of Clairmont, FL, Sheila Tyson of Ellaville, GA, April Lynn Bunce and Peter of Leesburg, FL; one son and daughter in law, Michael Lauren Tyson and Jada of McMinnville, TN; one sister, Norma Upshaw of Butler, GA. Fourteen grandchildren, Pete Bunce, Krystal Bunce, Brandi Skipper, Allen Crawford, Tommy Crawford, Dustin Croom, Jamie Croom, Ashley Lewis, Samantha Hough, Coy Michael Tyson, Cody Lee Tyson, Casen Tyson, Alvin York, Austin York; Sixteen great grandchildren also survive.
Pallbearers will include, Austin York, Peter Bunce, Brent Difranisco, Randall Padgett, Ronnie Tyson, and Dale Sharp.
