Paul Forsyth

       ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mr. Paul Forsyth, age 80, of Ellaville, GA died Friday morning, May 19, 2017 at Four County Health and Rehab in Richland, GA.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, May 21, 2017 in the chapel of Watson-Giddens Funeral Home with burial to follow in County Line Primitive Baptist Church cemetery in Marion County.   Rev. Joel Smith and Rev. Luke Forsyth will officiate.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

      Mr. Forsyth was born in Chattahoochee County on February 15, 1937.  He was the son of Jessie Felton Forsyth and Mable Louise Culpepper Forsyth.  Mr. Forsyth was a retired pipeline construction worker.  He enjoyed attending the Schley County Senior Center as well as having morning coffee with friends at the Pizza Place.  Mr. Forsyth was a member of County Line Primitive Baptist Church.

    Survivors include one son, Brian Forsyth of New Jersey; three sisters, Louise Carlisle and husband O. P. of Pine Mountain, GA, Freida Harris and husband Ed “Pee Wee” of Richland, GA, Barbara Phillips and husband Donnie of Pine Mountain, GA; and one granddaughter, Amber Forsyth.  

     The family will receive friends at the home of Grant and Wanda Hingle.
