Ruby Louise Masilek

ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mrs. Ruby Louise Masilek, age 87, of 240 Jim Pearson Road, Ellaville, GA died Wednesday morning, May 20, 2009 at Magnolia Manor in Americus, GA. Services will be held Friday, May 22, 2009 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Watson-Giddens Funeral Home with a private entombment to follow in Rockledge FL. Rev. Robert Poston will officiate.
Mrs. Masilek was born April 19, 1922 in Redlands, CA the daughter of Wiley Mitchell Plummer and Jetty Park Plummer. She was a homemaker and a member of St Mary's Catholic Church in Rockledge, FL. Mrs. Masilek was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Masilek.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Masilek and wife Jamela of Columbus, GA, Robert Masilek and wife Linda of Ellaville, GA; one sister, Rita Holcomb of Carson Run, MD; two grandchildren, Renee Cardell and Heather Banning. Also surviving are six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will begin one hour before the service Friday, May 22, 2009 at 2:00 PM.
Watson-Giddens Funeral Home of Ellaville, GA is in charge of arrangements.
