Sandra K. Rand

ELLAVILLE, GA – Mrs. Sandra K. Rand, 69, of Ellaville, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at her residence. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 13, 2016 in the Ebenezer Church Cemetery.  Rev. Robert Orr will officiate.

     Mrs. Rand was born September 12, 1946 to the late Dale Elmer and Elizabeth Cummings.  She had worked as a cashier at Dollar General in Ellaville and at Magnolia Manor before her illness.  She loved to play games including Bingo and watch TV.  She was of the Baptist Faith and had attended Ebenezer Baptist Church.

     Survivors include her husband, Les Rand, two daughters, Dawn Dawson of Independence, Iowa, Nichole Champoux (Kevin) of Indianapolis, Indiana, two brothers, David Cummings (Rebecca) of Evansdale, Iowa, Timothy Cummings (Tina) of Waterloo, Iowa, three sisters, Diane Cummings of East Dubuke, Illinois, Debra Frickson (Robert) of Evansdale, Iowa, and Katherine Reuder of Waterloo, Iowa.  Four grandchildren, Jessie Champoux, Jacob Champoux, Paige Dawson and Cody Dawson also survive.
