Mr. Steven Ellis Wall, 75, of Ellaville, passed away at Columbus Hospice House on January 18, 2022. Memorial services will be held at Way-Watson Funeral Home on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jonathan Beckum officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 PM until service time. Due to COVID-19, masks are recommended for the visitation and the service.

Mr. Wall was born May 15, 1946 in Schley County, GA to the late Elza Blan Wall and Ida Brewer Wall. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Wall served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion, Thomas E. Wall Post 191. He was retired as a truck driver after over 40 years and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Sharon Wall of Ellaville, GA; two daughters, Lehanne Singleton and her husband, Ken of Buena Vista, GA and LaRae Snipes and her husband, Kevin of Columbus, GA; four grandchildren, Lucas Singleton (Hannah) and Beau Singleton (Macy) both of Buena Vista, GA; Madeline Snipes and Brody Snipes, both of Columbus, GA; two great-grandchildren, Myles and Chandler Singleton; two brothers, Johnny Wall and his wife, Nell and Hugh Wall and his wife, Billie, all of Ellaville, GA; a sister, Wendy Brock; a brother-in-law, Wayne Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
