Tara Louise Crowder

BUENA VISTA, GA --- Tara Louise Crowder, 42, of Buena Vista, Georgia, died Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at her residence.

Mrs. Crowder was born March 16, 1972, in Decatur, GA, to Roy Stanley and Teresa Ann Sloan VanderPloeg. She was a homemaker and attended St. Mary Magdaline Catholic Church. She loved horses and was very talented with arts and crafts. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter.

She is survived by her parents, Roy S. and Teresa VanderPloeg of Covington, GA; her husband Tony Crowder, two sons, Forrest Crowder and Jonathan Crowder, and a daughter Rebecca Crowder, all of Buena Vista, GA; a brother, Roy Stanley VanderPloeg, II of Lawrenceville, GA. Many nieces, nephews and extended family members also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, October 24, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens.
