Terry Neil "Bubba T" Taylor

Mr. Terry Neil “Bubba T” Taylor, 73, of Warner Robins, GA passed away at Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah, GA on August 2, 2023.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Ellaville Baptist Church with Bro. Troy Fripp officiating.  Pallbearers will be Norris Copeland, Sammy Copeland, Michael Walter, Austin Taylor, Dylan Taylor, Alex Soriano, James Soriano, and Brock Belcher. The family will greet friends at Way-Watson Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.

Mr. Taylor was born August 26, 1949 in Detroit, MI to Mack and Lenore Clark Taylor.  He was an avid musician, having played bass guitar for most of his life. Mr. Taylor loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and doing anything he could to help others.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings, Ronny Taylor, Velda Taylor, Sherry Taylor and Mickey Taylor.

Survivors include his children, Shelley Taylor of Savannah, GA, Tonya Taylor of Warner Robins, GA, Corey Taylor and his wife, Tracy of Ellaville, GA, and Jennifer Taylor of Gulf Shores, AL; a sister, Maxine Underwood and her husband, Allen of Ellaville, GA; fourteen grandchildren, Arlee Walter, Kristen Walter, Michael Walter, Norris Copeland, Sammy Copeland, Emily Copeland, Alex Soriano (Julie), James Soriano (Madisen), Austin Taylor, Dylan Taylor, Kaylee Taylor, Alexa Crutchfield, Ella Crutchfield, and Journey Taylor; two great-grandchildren Zoey and Connor Prue; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Ellaville Baptist Church, PO Box 325, Ellaville, GA 31806.
