Travis Peaster

     ELLAVILLE, GA --- Mr. Travis Peaster, age 74, of Marshallville, GA died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Perry Hospital in Perry, GA.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, August 30, 2013 at Stillwater Chapel with burial to follow in the Bertha Dozier Memorial Park in Montezuma.  Rev. Gary O’Neal, Rev. Jennie Peterson and Rev. Roy Peterson will officiate.

       Mr. Peaster was born April 15, 1939 in Montezuma, GA, the son of Phil Travis Peaster and Helen Bartlett Peaster.  He was a carpenter.  Mr. Peaster was a member of Stillwater Chapel.  

      Survivors include his wife, Erylene Peaster; one daughter, Tonya Crawford and husband Bryan of Marshallville, GA; one sister, Carol Melton of Oglethorpe, GA; three brothers, David Peaster, Sr. and wife Darlene of Warner Robins, GA, Lonnie Peaster and wife Helen of Montezuma, GA,  and Robert Peaster and wife Debbie of Ideal, GA.  Two grandchildren, Keith Crawford and Mathew Crawford also survive.  Mr. Peaster was preceded in death by his parents.   

     Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Stillwater Chapel from 1:00-2:00PM.
