William Wade "Bill" Horn, Sr.

Mr. William Wade "Bill" Horn, Sr., 75, passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 27, 2024.  Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Way-Watson Funeral Home in Buena Vista. Burial will follow at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery at 12:30PM EST. Pallbearers will be Jason Keyt, Lance Dunn, Coleton Carden, Austin Duffey, Hayden Gray, and Ian Williams. The family will greet friends on Monday evening from 6:00 -8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Horn was born December 10, 1948 in Bartow, FL to Louis and Edna Henderson Horn. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was the owner of Horn’s Construction where he worked hard to provide for his family.  Mr. Horn enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially working in his garden and flowers. He was a true family man, and loved his children and grandchildren dearly.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Chuck Raymond and Allen Horn.

Survivors include his three children, Kimberly Keyt and her husband, Jason of Mauk, GA; Kerri Dunn and her husband, Lance of Mauk, GA; and William Horn, Jr. and his wife, Nickie of Cusseta, GA; ten grandchildren, Alexis Carden (Coleton), Kelly Gray (Hayden), Savannah Keyt, Jaylyn Keyt, Jason Keyt, Jr., Austin Duffey, Addison Dunn, Ian Baggett, Maci Horn and William Horn; a great-granchild, Rhyatt Carden and Lyric Carden; two brothers, David Horn (Rachel) of Charleston, WV and Jimmy Horn (Donna) of Florida; two sisters, Nita Beard (Butch) of Gainesville, FL and Marla Witt of Charleston, WV; and several nieces and nephews.
